Terms & Conditions - The Crafted Pour

For new customers, invoices are payable Cash on Delivery (COD), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Thereafter Payment Terms will be within 7 days from invoice date.
Late payments may result in suspension of further deliveries, and / or collection of unpaid products, until the account is settled in full. 2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are subject to product availability.
The Crafted Pour will take all reasonable care to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, supplier shortages).

We offer a 7-day return policy strictly limited to factory defects.
Returns will not be accepted for: – Improper assembly, installation, or use of the product. – General wear and tear, negligence, or misuse.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. • Approved returns will be exchanged, repaired, or refunded at the discretion of The Crafted Pour (Pty) Ltd.

Ownership of goods remains with The Crafted Pour until full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Except as expressly stated, The Crafted Pour makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products.
The Crafted Pour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
